2019: another milestone for Charlotte’s Children

Founder/President Beulah Buzzi is pleased to announce the brilliant academic achievements and career development of past residents from the Home in Jamaica.

 
 
Britannia Grey  

Andre

graduated from Point Park University (Pittsburgh, Pennsylvania U.S.A.) in April 2019 with a Bachelor of Science in Accounting Summa Cum Laude.  Following his graduation, Andre pursued his preparation to the hights of gaining the standard of a Chartered Public Accountant (CPA) - under the proceedings and arduous examinations established by the Board of accountants in the U.S.A. Following his CPA results, Andre was immediately employed by a leading International accounting firm.

graduated as a child psychologist/ school counsellor in May 2019 from Sam Sharpe Teacher’s College in Montego Bay, Jamaica. She is presently employed and in a short period of time gained the recognition of colleagues and superiors for her outstanding work with children.

Anthony

hailed as ‘the smiling Chef’, continues to collect awards for his delicious culinary presentations and excellent team work. He is now into his fourth year of employment at an exclusive Resort and Spa on Jamaica’s North coast. With great enthusiasm Anthony gives his free time to persons within his community who are in need of care and assistance.

 
 
Kemisha Ferguson  

Kemisha

is holding on to her first job in the field of Human Resource at a luxurious international Resort in Jamaica. During these 4 years she has climbed various levels in her career and now occupies a high level of managerial responibilities. She constantly follows training courses in order to be at her best in this field.

 
 
Jodi-Ann  

Jodi-Ann

was awarded for her performance in ‘customer service’ at her full-time job at a leading commercial centre in Montego Bay.  She finds time to pursue her passion in writing poems and short stories with a desire to publish her work soon.
